Benjamin D'Israeli, First Earl of Beaconsfield Benjamin Disraeli, 1804-1881 - The Jewish Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Artistic fabric embroidered on cardboard decorated with the caption: PEACE WITH HONOR. W. H. Grant. the 19th century.

The title: "Earl of Beaconsfield" was created especially for D'Israeli in 1876 by Queen Victoria, who expressed her preference of D'Israeli (whose seat was in the town of Binconsfield) over the policies of his liberal rival, William Ewart Gladstone.

On the back of the work is affixed the original manufacturer's label with important marks of D'Israeli life. Below are details on the manufacturer and its works.

Size: 15.5x11 cm. Stains and light peeling in the cardboard frame. Good condition.
