Emissary letter for the appointment of Rabbi Mordechai son of Rabbi Yosef Shwisa to collect "big alms" as well as to scatter in the holy places "holy boxes", for the "Tiferet Yerushalayim" yeshiva, which at that time had about 400 students "Most of them are poor and orphans". Two pages of handsome writing and signatures of the great rabbis of Jerusalem - Rabbi Yitzchak Gagin, Rabbi Yosef Benbenisti and Rabbi Rahamim Mizrahi. With this writing, Rabbi Suissa was sent to the "District of the Inner West Cities and their flanks" - the cities and villages in central Morocco. The end of the 19th century.

The Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Gagin [1850-1923] Son of Rabbi Shalom Moshe Chai, the famous rabbis of Jerusalem, the author of the "Michseh L'Oel", and also wrote notes "Sviv HaOhel" on his father "Ohel Moed" book.

The Gaon Rabbi Yosef Benvenisti , Av Beit Din of the Sephardim in Jerusalem. Born in 1840 in Jerusalem. In 1874, he went on a four-time mission for the Kolel. In the year 1883 he went on a mission for Kollel Hebron. In the year 1887 he was on a mission for Midrash HaChasidim Beit K-l to the cities of India. In the year 1900 he was on a mission for Kollel Sephardim to North Africa. At the end of his days served as the Aba'd of the Sephardim in Jerusalem. He died on the 9th of Nisan 1916 in Jerusalem.
