Torah remarks in the handwritten of the Gris'h Elyashiv. on the occasion of the 36th birthday of Tiferet Bachurim, Parashat Amor [1989].

In his words he writes: Not everyone who comes to study in "Tiferet Bachurim" has to grow and stay, in the words of Chazal Thousand enter the beit midrash, and one goes out, etc. what a person gets for longevity depends on the content that the person enters into his life, The one who likes Torah never replete Torah, the matter of 'bearing the burden with his friend' which is one of the things that the Torah is bought, a matter of what we say in Halel 'Beit Yisrael bless G-d, Beit Aharon bless the G-d Etc. meaning of the name "Tiferet Hachorim", matters in the Amor, and more. At the end, the Gris'h Elyashiv found it appropriate to thank the members who remained loyal and dedicated to the "Tiferet Bachurim" members, Unlike others who have left over the years.

Rabbi Yosef Shalom Elyashiv [1910-2012] was born in the city of Shavel, Lithuania, as the only child of his parents after 17 years of marriage. In 1924 he immigrated to Israel with his family, who settled in the Mea She'arim neighborhood of Jerusalem, served as Dayan in the Rabbinical Court, He later became the greatest halachic arbitrator of the generation, and the leader of the generation.
