An interesting letter in the handwriting and signature of Uri Zvi Greenberg - the greatest of the Hebrew poets, in which he sharply expresses his opinion regarding the pioneering work. Tel Aviv - Kislev 10, 25 November 1928.

In his letter, Uri Zvi Greenberg addresses the Executive Committee of the Working Land of Israel, regarding the arrangement of pioneering work for his friend Pesach Molcho, who stayed in Eretz Israel for 9 years without working in the field of agriculture in which he specialized. Greenberg expresses his clear pioneering view and writes: "The above friend is one of the solid in body and soul in the excellent, precious and little pioneering Gordia, who left with all the merit, inner love and rocky faith in the vision of the working Land of Israel, with a radiant face ... and such a person It is obligatory to be arranged first in a permanent work. Because indeed I say openly we should have the "privileged law" in the work order. The pioneering attributes that precede all, yes. This is an expensive and attributable 'attribution', it is worth considering with pearls ... I wish ... that in every corner of the factory in the city, there will be types of these "privileged" and there were only them for strengthening and blessing, in every sense, When the spirit blows and the impurity of poverty rises in the face of our work ... ".
