"The President of the State and his wife are honored to invite you to a reception to be held on the occasion of Independence Day on Thursday, May 6, 1954, at 5:00 PM, in the Jerusalem Campus Garden". This invitation was addressed to the younger brother of Yitzhak Ben-Zvi, the writer Aharon Reuveni and within the invitation, the President addresses him personally in his handwriting and signature, in the words: "Dear Aaron Reuveni, my brother and fellow this is a personal invitation, It's not a time for hide" and his signature: "Kindly, Y. Ben Zvi."

It is possible that the personal and persuasive appeal that "It's not a time for hide" refers to the public situation of Aharon Reuveni, who since the 1930s his public popularity declined, after he attacked the Histadrut, and a rift opened between him and the left camp, and even literary he Dismissed from Bialik group And from 'The Slonsky Bunch' which concentrated most of the literary power of the period.

The original last name of Ben Zvi and Reuveni was Shimshalevich. Aaron was born in 1866 about two years after Isaac, and became a Hebrew writer and translator. Some claim that all his life he lived in the shadow of his big and successful brother without being able to keep up with the pace of his progress in the public with his successes.
