A photomontage photograph of 30 Keren Hayesod board members in Kishinev - was designed especially for Nahum Sokolov's visit to Kishinev (the capital of Bessarabia) in 1925, and on the occasion of the Aliyah of the members Dr. Y. Bernstein and Dr. Y. Sapir. Bessarabia (then under Romanian rule), 1925. That year, Sokolov already served as chairman of the Zionist executive. Photo NHREP Kishinev.

To one picture are attached photographs of Keren Hayesod management members against the background of the rising sun, the Keren Hayesod building in Kishinev, and scenes from Eretz Israel: the Hebrew University building (which was built in the same year), the YMCA building, the Bezalel School of Art building, a farmer plowing land, and an immigrant to Eretz Israel. In the center at the top is a large picture of Sokolov in profile.

9x14 cm. Divided backside for use as a postcard. Stains on the right hand side. Good condition.
