A unique prospect for a performance in which the song "Orange Jaffa" was sung, starring French actor and singer Jean-Marcel Bertonier [1924-2001] and French sisters actress Louise and Odette Etienne [Les Sœurs Étienne]. Published by IMPERIA. Paris, 1952.

[4] p. 27 cm. Very good condition.

Attached is an interesting ad from the middle pages of the French Petit newspaper, undated. (Early 20th century). Reporting that a ship full of orange crates docked at the coast of Jaffa, and following a storm that broke out at sea, the sailors were forced to dump all the orange crates into the sea. The waves swept the boxes to shore, and the looters rushed to collect the oranges as a great find.

34x23 cm. Good condition.
