In his letter, the genius quotes things in the name his Rabbi [Rabbi Chaim Greineman] who verdict in a case of some person not to hear his father's voice, And adds things about transferring money to a some guy.
Rabbi Yehuda Boyer (born 1934), one of the greatest Poskim and Teachers of the Hazon Iish Circle. In his youth, he studied at the Yishuv Yeshiva and at the Ponevezh Yeshiva. He approached the Hazon Iish and became his student. After his marriage, he studied for many years with Rabbi Gedaliah Nadal. authored many halachic books. His books are based on Hazon Iish, and in unclear terms in the rabbi method he usually relies on Rabbi Haim Grainiman method, which Rabbi Boyar belongs to his circle.
