The Rebbe discusses these days, to the days of the Rayat'z, that in the days of the Rayat'z there was great opposition to the five matters and yet the Rayat'z 'Baal Hageula' Overcame and won until 'Venahafoch hu' by the imprisonment that ended with redemption, A day that is "worthy of it" Added, and capable of being fixed for the day of a conference and awakening to strengthen the Torah and Judaism at each site and site. At the end of the letter, after the signature, the Rebbe, in his marvelous genius, brings sources and grades from the Sages' and Chassidic supporting the Chabad Operations he mentioned in the body of the letter.
