The booklet of protocols of the meetings of the ''Council of the People'' includes the first four meetings of the young state of Israel that took place between the 4th and the 14th of May, 1948 (the day of the declaration of independence), and two thick volumes that include historical protocols in which the foundations of the young state of Israel were laid down in the first months of its establishment - from May 16, 1948 (the day after the declaration of independence) until February 3, 1949.
