"Declaration" - an attack poster on behalf of the Irgun as a strong response against the UN decision on the establishment of two independent states in the Land of Israel - a Jewish state and an Arab state (the partition plan - the November 29 decision). It was published as an immediate response in the month in which the UN decision was given. Kislev, 1948.
"The United Nations has decided to dismember our homeland... In Eeretz Israel there will be two Arab states and the Jewish state will be set aside no more than 14 percent of the homeland - most of it a wasteland... in the name of the divine promise given to the father of the nation, in the name of the saints of the nation from generation to generation... We are informing and declaring before the people and before the nations of the world: the destruction of our homeland is illegal... it will not oblige the people of Israel... Signature of institutions and individuals on the distribution contract, negates any validity... with the Maccabees, whose heroism has been renewed In front of everyone - will liberate the land of the Maccabees... The land of Israel will be returned to the entire nation of Israel forever".
