The market area in Jaffa has been operating on the site since the 19th century, it was destroyed and rebuilt during the Ottoman period when local commercial life flourished and Jaffa served as a port city and center for pilgrims. During the British Mandate, the market crystallized into its design and in fact has not changed its character to this day. Before us interesting collection that describes the many visitors to the market from different angles, as well as the market views from the bird's eye view, at the beginning of the 20th century.
