Letter in the handwriting and signature of the genius Rabbi Yosef Rosen - the Rogochover, Elul 1927.

A very deep letter in the way of the genius who writes only the beginning of things with in short. The genius hints the connection between the giving of second Luchot and to the Atonement of Yom Kippur, and in the matter of Hashgacha Pratit, and the Ramba"m commentary on the 'Moreh Nevochim" about the evil things that is the lack of good, and more. The genius finishes his letter with greetings: 'And the [Creator will be blessed], succeed him and give him a good year ...'.

The Gaon of Rogatchov Rabbi Yosef Rosen (1858-1936) - popularly known as the "Rogochovi" (after his hometown Rogochov), in his youth he studied with the genius Rabbi Yosef Dov Ber Soloveitchik the "Beit HaLevi" Together with his son Rabbi Chaim of Brisk. For about 40 years, beginning in 1890, he served as rabbi of the Chabad Chassidim in the city of Dvinsk, Latvia, alongside the rabbi of the city of genius with the "Or Sameach". A great and sharp genius, unique and persistent in the Torah, in depth And the breadth of all the Shas and the Rishonim. His answers and novelties were published in his series of books, "Tzofanat Pana'h" in his concise language, and few scholars get to the end of his remarks.
