A Long letter of 4 page in the handwriting and signature of Rabbi Yaakov Halevi Lifshitz of Kaunas Author of "Mahazikey HaDat" - the right hand of Rabbi Yitzchak Elchanan Spector, who headed the anti-Zionist ultra-Orthodox organization. Kaunas, Cheshvan 7, 1904.

The letter is addressed to Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchakin, in which Rabbi Lifshitz describes at length the war of those who fear G-d against the Maskilim, and their attempts to sabotage in kerem beit HaShem, and tells him not to be afraid of them at all, and will join in helping in G-d's wars. In his letter, he describes how: "We are constantly engaged in a lot of work bruch HaShe'm, Some important matters now have to be dealt with". The genius describes how in order to obtain a license to publish the journal 'HaPeles', the rabbis were required to provide two names of Gdoley Israel, and that they were forced to undergo tests and interrogations by the Vilna government. He goes on to describe the state of the 'HaPeles' magazine that he founded to fight the 'Maskilim' and the Zionist leadership and writes that "all knowledgeable people admit that 'HaPeles' is getting better from moon to moon, but also his luck is like the luck of the fearing of G-d, G-d have mercy ...", and describes how that summer "It had many persecutions from the wicked of our people who caused him a huge loss" , And that "without the paper, the G-d-fearing has no chance to take out the feelings of their hearts and protect the Torah and the faith", adding that the wicked condemnations of the wicked Israel on the paper is only because of the devotion of the newspaper for the Torah and Judaism, and calls on him to come to help in G-d's war. The genius adds things about the book 'Toldot Yitzchak' and 'MaHazikey HaDat' and concludes with blessings, and that he is waiting for the return of Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchakin.
