The statement said that German doctors were called upon for the great task of committing to submit medical treatment only Aryan Germans and not Jews, and that millions of German national citizens should stop treating Jewish doctors. The doctors will undertake to fill out an accompanying form in which they declare that from now on they will not treat Jews seeking their medical services, but only Germans, and the antisemitic claim that the fact that Jews doctors prefer to treat non Jews is in order for them to have control over their lives. The antisemitic document concludes with the words: "Without a solution to the Jewish question, there would be no redemption for the German people" and "Heil Hitler".
