A detailed list in alphabetical order of about 700!!! concentration camps established by the Germans in Germany and in the occupied territories during World War II. On each page of the booklet is a detailed table with the name of each camp, its location, and "notes", in which it is stated whether the camp is an "extermination camp", a "concentration camp", a sub-camp of another camp, etc.
At the beginning of the booklet is a long note in handwriting and signature of the French lawyer and politician Louis Jacqoinot [1898-1993], who served as Minister of Veterans and War Victims in France in 1949. In the note that he wrote when the booklet's was published, he refers to the regulations regarding the definition of who is considered a "deportee" to the camps after the war and the definitions of the camps.
Extremely Rare. As far as we know it has never appeared at auction. In the world library catalog world cat appears only one record of a copy found in the library of the Northwestern University, United States.
