On each postcard is a painting by Raban with a typical Israeli appearance: Jaffa, Haifa, Rachel's Tomb, the Western Wall, Jerusalem, Hebron, Jericho, Safed, the Tower of David, Tiberias.
The entire package was sent to Judah Naor while he was in exile in Kenya (At Gilgil, he was exiled with members of the Irgun who were arrested for various acts against the British in 1944, where he spent four and a half years) by his wife Esther Raziel Naor. On the back of each postcard, Naor wrote a special greeting related to Raban's painting appearing on the eatch postcard.
