On the back of the flag - the Israeli flags and the caption: 'Simchat Torah'. Probably printed in the United States. Do not appear in 'The Flags of Simchat Torah from Jewish Folk Art to Hebrew-Israeli Culture', Eretz Israel Museum Press, 2012.
