Form on official letterhead paper of the "Machzikei Hadat" in Shanghai in the name of Mrs. Hilda Wollmann residing at 809/2 Tongshan Road, Shanghai, in which she requests permanent admission to use the local Mikveh located at "Museum Road" 50. Signed in handwriting by Rabbi Meir Malin who headed the Machzikei Hadat organization in Shanghai, and with the ink stamp of Machzikei Hadat. January 22, 1942.

Rabbi Meir Malin was the son of the gaon Rabbi Isser Yehuda Malin (1877-1941). His father, Rabbi Isser Malin, served as the rabbi of Brisk until he was murdered in the Holocaust along with his entire family except for his two sons Rabbi Meir and Rabbi Nechemya who escaped with the Mir Yeshiva to Shanghai.
