A Leaf from a receipt book for various amounts received from a public fund Headed by Rabbi Nachman Yosef Wilhelm, one of the great gabbai in Jerusalem. Between other, a 4 lines in the handwriting and the signature of the Admor Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe Zv'il: ""I received sixty-five Fayster 65, Gedaliah Moshe, son of Rabbi Shlomo Shlit'a Goldman of Zv'il".

The Holy and Righteous Rebbe Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe of Zawahil [1887-1949] The 5th Rebbe of Beit Zv'il [1887-1949], son of Rabbi Shlomo Goldman and son-in-law of Rabbi David Shlomo of Cobrin. One of the greatest and most humble of the generation. Pursued by Soviet government and sentenced to seven years of hard labor in Siberia. At the end of the seven years of exile, he received the rabbinate nearby town of Moscow. In 1937 he succeeded in escaping from Russia, immigrated to Eretz Israel and settled in Jerusalem. After the death of his father, he began to serve as Admor. I is told that while visiting one of the rabbis in his home, he told to Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe that he had heard a special story about him from his time in exile in Siberia; once the Russian soldiers punished him and lowered him into a deep pit. They did not give him food for three days and he was already starving to death. On the third day, when he felt that his powers were running out and he was reaching the gates of death, suddenly fell into the pit some good and worthy fruits, which revived him. Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe confirmed the story. The Rabbi continued, saying, "It must have been Elijah the prophet who came from heaven to save you". Rabbi Gedaliah replied in his humility: "It is simply to say that the soldiers who guarded me on the banks of the pit were bored, and decided to play with these fruits, and unintentionally some fruits fell into the pit".
Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe of Zv'il is very well known for his wonderful "Monday, Thursday and Monday" virtue - Anyone to come to his grave (in the Givat Ram Sheikh Bader cemetery) on Mondays and Thursdays and the following Monday, will receive many salvations in every matter. Indeed, thousands of testimonies tell of miraculous miracles and salvations.
