Letter signed by Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook, 7 Adar 1929.
In his letter, Rabbi Kook asks the city of Haifa to take an interest in the situation of a private individual, Mr. Sender Wolf Haber, and to attach him to a specific job to which he is able to find his livelihood. On the margins of the letter is the signature of the Rabbi and his personal stamp.
