Guidance in study of the Tora, written by Rabbi Elazar Simcha Wasserman to his friend Rabbi Isser Leib, 9/11/1964. Handwriting and signature of Rabbi Wasserman.

In his letter, the genius writes him to consider time, and not to waste it on his personal matters, and later guides him in detail the correct way of learning - to read word by word accurately, accurately translate each word, understand the different meanings of each word learned, understand each question well, understand well how each Tirutz answers the difficult part of the Kushiya, At the end of things he greets in Hebrew "Haim Vashalom and all the best, your friend Elazar Simcha Wasserman".

The Gaon Rabbi Elazar Simcha Wasserman [1898-1992] the eldest son of Rabbi Elchanan Wasserman הי"ד. In his youth he studied with his father at the Ohel Torah yeshiva in Baranovich, and later studied at the yeshivas of Novharduk, Telz, Grodno and Klatsk. He later headed the Or Elchanan Yeshiva in the United States and founded the yeshiva in Israel.
