A rotating wheel that spins through protruding slots from the sides of the card. With four alternating illustrations - Jews fleeing with suitcases when a fist threatens them, Jews arriving in Eretz Israel, and two illustrations of a map of the Galilee - the place designated for immigrant settlement. The front reads: "Desperate Israel refugees are searching for countries for immigration. In Eretz Israel there is a place for them. The Galilee alone can take 300,000 people! The Jewish National Fund has already redeemed important land here. Buying new land enables new settlements. Donate to the Land Fund, the Jewish National Fund...".
On the back of the postcard are details about JNF's activities and a request for a donation for the purchase of 30,000 dunams of land in the Upper Galilee. And in bold red: "Donate to the Upper Galilee enterprise".
