Olelot Ephraim [Lemberg 1859] The copy of Rabbi Mordechai Shalom Yosef Friedman "Knesset Mordechai" from Sadigura with his owner's stamp, the book mark of his private library, and a caption that the book was donated by him to the Torah library in Givatayim.

Rabbi Mordechai Shalom Yosef Friedman the "Knesset Mordechai" from Sadigura [Pashmashil]. [1897-1979]. The son of the Admor Rabbi Aharon of Sadigura, the "Kdoshet Aharon", and son by son of Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzin. Served as a rebbe from the age of sixteen until his death for nearly seventy years. After the war he was active in Agudat Israel, and in the first great convergence, at the age of 26, he was appointed a member of the "World Executive Committee" of Agudat Israel and the president of the Torah Foundation. After the war, he used to travel around Galicia, Bukovina and Poland to visit his followers, and in particular in central Galicia where the followers of Sadigura were concentrated. He served in Sadigura - Peshemishel - Vienna, and during the war he immigrated to Israel and founded the glorious Sadigura Hasidism.
