An important collection of 133 photographs depicting pioneers and settlements in the Land of Israel. 1940s.
In the photos: various training groups, ground workers, notrim, Early photographs of initial settlement in the Negev, group photos, The Dekel group in Pardes Hanna and Gniger, members of the Scouts movement, settlers in Yokneam, Atlit and the Carmel forests, the Shvut group in the Afikim, and more. About eighty photographs are placed in the pockets of a Jerusalem olive wood album with engraving work in the shape of the Western Wall, and the rest are removed from the album and appear separately. A large part of the photographs are described and dated.
