A rare photograph showing Jewish fighters during the Warsaw ghetto uprising alongside a fortification wall made of sandbags. At the center - Hitler's picture Positioned towards the Nazi enemy.

The two standing to the right point their gun at Hitler's picture. The picture was set in such a way that when the Nazi tyrant attacked he would actually have to shoot his rifle bullets at the Firer picture. On the back of the photograph is handwritten: ZOB 1942 - the acronym of Żydowska Organizacja Bojowa - a nonprofit organization that was established in the ghetto in July 1942 and aimed at conducting the Nazi uprising. The organization was made up of socialist youth movements and was led by Mordechai Anilevich, one of the leaders of the uprising. Perhaps the man at the top of the wall is Pinkus Kartin - one of the leaders of the Polish Communist Party underground, the founder and first commander of the Jewish military organization in the Warsaw ghetto. Very rare.

Size: 10x6 cm. Very good condition.
