Six volumes of the Shas of the Survivors: Tractates Chulin, Gittin, Shabbat, Bechorot, Zvachim-Menachot, Bava Batra. All the tractates have a painted yellow gate, in the center of which is an illustration of an Ashkenazi labor camp during the Nazi era, in which Jews are seen in forced labor and wooden barracks, and on the right and left are barbed wire fences. All volumes in very good condition, all have original covers.

After the terrible Holocaust, there was a great shortage of tbooks, especially in the DP camps. Printing books for the DPs was the rescue committee's top priority. The first volumes of the Gemara that were printed were Tractates Kiddushin and Nedarim that were printed as early as 1946. In 1948, the Rescue Committee printed a 19-volume edition of complete Shas. and as it appears in the publisher's introduction: 'Blessed that we have educated and arrived this time - the printing of the Shas! After the terrible destruction, the days of doom and destruction that befell us, a time of trouble like it has never been since Israel became a nation ... Engraved in our memory that bitter day, the appearance of the order in the ghetto, from the evil regime and the Nazis to collect איק books to one place in order to take them out and Burn them ... All the books of Israel were taken to work paper, to be despised or burned ... this day is a day in a row for Israel ... the Talmud appears again in Ashkenaz".
