THE JEWISH NATION - A monthly magazine dedicated to Israeli knowledge and literature, edited and published by Moshe Goldman. New York, December 1902 - November 1903. Volume of the second year issues: booklets 1-12.

Among the topics that arise in the brochures before us: the question of Zion and the return to our homeland, stories, pictures, and view to our people life, Distinguished personal histories, and more. In booklet No. 4 (March 1903) "An open letter to Zionism in America" ​​in which L. Zelikavitz, demands from the Zionist leaders in America to root the Hebrew language among the youth, in issue No. 7 (June 1903) - "Kol kora from Kishinev" - first report about the Chisinau riots: "A terrible and terrible disaster has befallen our brothers in Kishinev, Ir VaEm B'Israel... There were massacres and riots, murder and robbery in thousands of families from Israel, their houses were destroyed almost to the ground... More than forty Jews were decided to be massacred, about eighty-five people fluttering between life and death...". Some of the issues have advertisements for Jewish businesses in America, as well as rare photographs of important Jewish personalities. The editor of THE JEWISH NATION, Moshe HaCohen Goldman (1863-1918), a student of the Volozhin yeshiva, came to the USA in 1890 and worked there in teaching and journalism. Goldman was one of the founders of the daily Hebrew press in America (the editor of "HaMoreh", "Hayom" and more) . In THE JEWISH NATION the leading Hebrew writers in America participated in writing.
