In 1924, the main bureau of the movement was established near the He - Chaluts Center in Warsaw. The cause of the establishment of the young pioneer was the increase in immigration to Israel during the fourth immigration. The recognition was formed that pioneers had to be educated among the young people who were not yet qualified to immigrate and who could be in the branches for several years, so that their development and spiritual training could be considered. During its years in 1924-1939, the movement include about ten thousand members.
