Letter in handwriting and signature of Rabbi Yisrael Yaakov Kanievsky - the Staypler, regarding the retention Yeshiva students from a gathering of 'Bnei Akiva' mix of boys and girls in the Yeshiva area.

In his letter, Maran addresses Rabbi Chaim Agiyoff as the main holder and businessman for the "Ramba"m and Beit Yosef" Yeshiva in Tel Aviv. After hearing that a mixture of "boys and virgins" from Bnei Akiva are walking around the yeshiva and its roof. "Because the main points of the Torah students' education are purity of the heart and thought,
and one frivolity loses a hundred student efforts please have mercy on the holy yeshiva and see that there will be no Bney Akiva [see below] boys and virgins on the yeshiva building and on its roof. It is not appropriate at all for the education of the yeshiva students.
In our many sins, the Bney HaTorah are very few, and even if we do not keep these few, Torah what will it be, and what will happen to the next generation, and the Holly Tora said, 'השמר לך פן תשכח את ה' אלקיך...'.

An important scholar remarked us that the letter shows the great genius of his caution in honor of Haza'l, when he wrote the name of the movement 'Bnei Akiva' in the letter 'ה', and not as appears in all the Shas his name in "א" 'Rabbi Akiva', so did not come out under his hand the name of the Holy Tanna without the title 'Rabbi', slept and wrote it in "ה" when the intention is to some 'Akiva', not the Holy Tana.
