The manuscript includes: Responsa innovations on the issues of slaughter, Pesach, marriage law - Sota, Yibum, Gittin, Hilachot Eydut, Aguna, innovations in the Sanhedrin Tractate, Migo Laws, Hilachot Malveh VeLoveh, etc. In one place he writes:"כתבתי להרב הגאון מוה' דוד דייטיש אב"ד דק"ק יארמיש והשיב לי בתוך מכתבי האמת...", in other place: "מה שהשבתי להרב המופלג מורינו ישראל מסעדאהעט", and things he replied to other rabbis.
The great genius Rabbi Aharon Yehuda Eckstein , known as Rabbi Leib Ohan (named after his hometown of Ohan), served as a dayan and Moreh Tzedek in the city of Dunaszerdahely. He also served as a Dayan in the city of Weitz. He is mentioned several times in the responsa of Mahar'i Assad, who described it with extreme titles: "הרב החריף עצום וצדיק נשגב כק"ש מו"ה ליב עקשטיין" (שו"ת מהר"י, סימנים קכ"ד, קצ"ח) , As well as in shoel Umeshiv responsa.
