22 large pages in the holy handwriting of Rabbi Aharon Yehuda Eckstein, one of the greatest rabbis of Hungary in the generation of Mahar'i Assad [Hungary, 1840s]. Answers in depth of the Sha's he answered to the great rabbis of Hungary. As far as we know, the Torah innovations that appear in the pages before us have never been printed.

The manuscript includes: Responsa innovations on the issues of slaughter, Pesach, marriage law - Sota, Yibum, Gittin, Hilachot Eydut, Aguna, innovations in the Sanhedrin Tractate, Migo Laws, Hilachot Malveh VeLoveh, etc. In one place he writes:"כתבתי להרב הגאון מוה' דוד דייטיש אב"ד דק"ק יארמיש והשיב לי בתוך מכתבי האמת...", in other place: "מה שהשבתי להרב המופלג מורינו ישראל מסעדאהעט", and things he replied to other rabbis.

The great genius Rabbi Aharon Yehuda Eckstein , known as Rabbi Leib Ohan (named after his hometown of Ohan), served as a dayan and Moreh Tzedek in the city of Dunaszerdahely. He also served as a Dayan in the city of Weitz. He is mentioned several times in the responsa of Mahar'i Assad, who described it with extreme titles: "הרב החריף עצום וצדיק נשגב כק"ש מו"ה ליב עקשטיין" (שו"ת מהר"י, סימנים קכ"ד, קצ"ח) , As well as in shoel Umeshiv responsa. He died in 1866 and was buried in the town of Weitzen. From his innovations the book "Lo Yasur Shevet MiYehuda" was printed.
