To the excellency of Rabbi Gaon … who heads the Shas Factory enterprise founded by the Rebbe of Clausenburg slita’ … Please extract senses with advice and resourcefulness and bring the necessary assistance to the establishment and existence of the plant that will not ruin … and the danger of a closure hovering over the existence of the important plant … ‘ In both drafts, Rabbi Elyashiv commented on his own words and emphasized, and it was evident that he had to choose the right words in this application at a difficult time for the Shas Factory.
