The Rab'd opens his letter with "decrees" issued in the matter of "elections" that "Women and slaves ruled over us, there is no savior from their hands...", and extends in the words of Torah regarding the Korban HaOmer, and the laws of Shavuot, the laws of the Hekdesh, the laws of shvieit, and other matters.
