An important letter written and signed by David Ben-Gurion "to the Ha'aretz newspaper editors" about the importance of increasing the birth rate among the Jewish population after the Six Day War. 12/1/67.

In his letter, Ben-Gurion writes from his seat in Sde Boker, a comments on the words of Aryeh Bartal, apparently Ben-Gurion's own words implied that only in the new territories there is an interest in increasing the birth rate. Ben-Gurion writes: "The writer made a mistake not by his fault", and adds that the headline written in the "Ha'aretz" newspaper was given by the editors and not by Ben-Gurion himself. And he adds:
"The low birth rate among Israeli Jews has been bothers me for many years. But it's true that after the Six Day War, the problem got worse in my opinion."
