A rare proclamation calling to the young people of Israel to join the war against the Nazi enemy in the midst of World War II. December 1941, "Ahadot" printing press Tel Aviv.

"A young Hebrew in your homeland! Millions of your peers from all the free countries in the world went to war against the Nazi enemy, the enemy of humanity, the enemy of freedom, the enslaver of nations and trampling on human dignity - Will you stand by?... And now half of your people are holding on to his nails...". It's also draws attention to the Nazi threat in those days to reach the gates of the Eretz Israel and conquer it: "And the hand of the enemy is bent on your homeland, the Land of Israel. Danger approaches from the passages. Do you wish that others will protect your homeland and you will hide? Will you abandon the loyalty of your people in the country?..."

The proclamation is signed in print by no less than 20 organizations and institutions active at the time in Eretz Israel, among them: Histadrut HaMizrachi, the Eretz Yisrael Workers' Party, Hashomer Hatzair, the Association of Hebrew Writers in Eretz Israel, the Yemenite Association, Histadrut Ha"Maccabi", Wizo Women, and others.
