Allgemeine Zeitung des Judentums ["The General Journal of Judaism"] a German-Jewish periodical devoted to topics from the world of Judaism, with an emphasis on the affairs of German Jewry, but its circulation was wide and it was in fact distributed throughout Jewish Europe. The paper dealt with issues such as politics, religion, Jewish and general literature, history and philology. Among the writers who wrote in it - Gabriel Reiser, Elyakim Carmoli, SDL, Leopold Zunz, Yehuda Leib Dukes, Julius First, Leopold Leef, Franz Delitch, Aharon Yelink, Avraham Geiger and Isaak Markus Jost, and others. The journal was published continuously between 1837-1922 .
