The organization aims to unite the people of Israel, to develop education, to improve the morals of the people and to help the needy. And operated extensively in Germany and the United States. Rabbi Lau Beck was elected in 1924 as president of the Great Bureau of Allies in Germany and held this position until 1937, when the Nazis disbanded the organization over all its bureaus.
