In a daily directive issued by the Propaganda Ministry to Polish propaganda companies on October 2, 1939, Article 2: "To increase, as far as possible, a transport from Warsaw from all the occupied areas of films documenting Jews of all kinds, not only as images of character but also during forced labor. The material will serve to increase anti-Semitic education within the country and abroad".
