Four "Shana Tova" postcards with Zionist motifs. Germany and United States, early 20th century.
A girl holds in her hand a sign with Shana Tova greetings in Hebrew and German, the top part reads: "He who chooses Zion and builds Jerusalem" and "He will give you a year of wealth and life", and a Star of David at the top of the postcard. At the bottom is an illustration of eight oil candles and sheaves. Probably Germany, early 20th century.

Yiddish inscription: "סטאציאן שער השמים" and Shana Tova greetings in Hebrew and English. Sent by mail. On the back of the postcard are handwritten Shana Tova greetings in Yiddish from the sender.
