One of the most important and comprehensive albums of documentation and content, about Lithuanian Jewry in the 19th and the first half of the 20th century. Includes thousands of photographs, and rare documents for Jewish history Accompanied by descriptions in four languages: Hebrew, English, Yiddish and Russian.

In a large-scale album, printed on fine paper and spanning two volumes, the reader exposed to a vivid and authentic depiction of Vilna Jewry on all its branches. Portraits of Lithuanians, alleys, Jewish streets and buildings, synagogue interior and exterior, prayers during synagogue prayer, Jewish shops, rabbis, photographs of letters, manuscripts and images of Lithuanians (including the genius Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinski, the Hazon Ish and many others), the community leaders, Hospitality companies, Jewish hospitals and Jewish Mishmarot, photographs of pogroms and anti-Semitism. as well as overview of the development of the Zionist movement in Lithuania, including photographs of the extensive Jewish press in Lithuania, Hebrew work and Jewish establishments, Zionist organizations and training groups, Jewish sports, Hebrew schools, and many more. Attached a large map of Vilnius with the names of Jewish streets and buildings in Yiddish.
