The letter is addressed to Rabbi Chaim Dov, requesting that the Rebbe send him his father's manuscripts in order to complete the arrangement to be published them in print. Rabbi Tzvi Yehudah used an official paper of Rabbi Kook that, in which he added the word zt "l.
Rabbi Zvi Yehuda Hacohen Kook [1891-1982]: Head of Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva and one of the outstanding spiritual leaders of religious Zionism. For many years he devoted himself to the study, editing and arrangement of his great father's writings, and especially after his father's death in 1935 he devoted himself to this work with his leadership the yeshiva.
