Les Cahiers du Maine Libre - LA FEMME DANS LA RESISTANCE - "Women in Resistance" - a rare publication that came out at the end of the war and contains first-hand documentation about women who participated in an open and covert struggle against the Nazis, in countless acts of heroism. France, 1945.

The author brings the story of women who were complicit in blowing up railroads, sending mail underground to warn people who were targeted by the Nazis, women who hid weapons, and who were in charge of weapons caches, women who provided food to detainees which was hidden from the Gestapo, those who helped forge certificates and documents, some who helped in printing "Warning pages" for Jews before their deportation and before selection in order for them to rush to escape fast as they can, the author also provides detailed testimony about the Ravensburk camp and the bravery of the women who managed to survive there, the agenda in the camp, the individual plan of the Nazis and how they enslaved the female prisoners, a horrifying testimony about 200 women executed in one day, and more. Accompanied by photographs of women resistance fighters, as well as of prisoners in the death camps.
