In the pamphlets there is an extensive description of the way the Nazi party seized power by means of terror and force, it is described how the Nazis burned down the Reichstag to blame the opponents. The persecution of the Jews is described by the Jews themselves who witnessed the terrible events - the investigations of the members of the Nazi S.A. troop, and the Gestapo in which Jews were tortured and murdered by SS soldiers with extensive detail describing 300 cases of the capture of Jews and the various torture methods employed by the Nazis in this early stage, including attacks of rabbis in synagogues, whippings in which Jews were forced to say "thank you" after each blow, murder of Jews with ax blows, executions by shooting Jews in the city street, confiscation of Jewish goods and endless interrogations of Jews in the Gestapo rooms, forced labor that the Jews were forced to perform such as cleaning the streets and public humiliation of Jews by cutting off their beards in public, manifestations of anti-Semitism in the form of areas forbidden to Jews, such as in public places, cafes, etc., and more. The name of the book is derived from the nickname "The Brown Shirts", after the members of the Nazi stormtroopers (S.A.). In the same year, a booklet with a similar name and content was published in Eretz Israel: "The Brown Book" published by 'Herot'.
