"Pirtei Kol. Establishment Assembly - Navahradak kollel" - A rare handwritten leaf containing the first sections that were established in the foundation of Navahradak kollel - the famous "Chazon Ish kollel" in Bnei Brak. Eretz Yisrael [1936]. The writer is one of the heads and managers of the kollel at the time it was founded (unidentified).

Summary and first roadmap for the conduct of orders in Kollel Chazon Ish. The name of the kollel was determined: "High Beit Midrash for the Torah and Irah "Atarat Yosef" from Avrechey Nohardak yeshiva...", the regulations appear in two parts: the spiritual part, and the material part. On the back of the leaf is another part: "Arrange invitations for the opening of the kollel in Zichron Meir" - a list of names invited to the opening class, and a sketch of the logo of the kollel.
In the "spiritual part" the order of study, the tractate to be studied ("it was decided to study Shabbat tractate"), the order of Mussar, the order of study on Shabbat evening, as well as a fine of 1 shilling to Avrech that which will be fifteen minutes late from the beginning of the order.
In the "material part" the name of the secretary - Rabbi Avraham Rappaport, who is involved in collecting the funds, and the monthly rental amount in which the Avrechim themselves will participate - were determined.

The original name of the well-known "Kollel Chazon Ish" was "Ateret Yosef" as it appears in the leaf before us - after Rabbi Yosef Yozel Horowitz, the "grandfather of Novhardok". The first director was Rabbi Avraham Rappaport from Novhardok. The Gaon Rabbi Shmarihu Yosef Karlitz headed the Kollel in Bnei Brak, with the Chazon Ish serving as the spiritual leader of the Kollel and helping to maintain it from the day it was founded until the end of his days: he recruited donors and encouraged capitalists to conclude an agreement of Issachar and Zebulun with the Avrechim. His brother-in-law, Rabbi Shmuel Greiniman, assisted him in maintaining the kollel. In the first years, the kollel was called "Kollel Zikrhon Meir", after the neighborhood where it was located. Rabbi Shmaryahu Yosef spent a long time in the United States for the purpose of raising funds. Later, Jacob Halperin donated the area on which the Kollel building was erected. On the first floor of the building, apartments were built for the members of the kollel. The Chazon Ish still able to present in the new building during Yamim Niraiom pray of the year 1954, a few weeks before his death. After the death of the Chazon Ish, the name of the kollel was changed after his name - "Kollel Chazon Ish". In the 1980s, the kollel building was renovated and expanded, a new floor was added. Today Avrachi studying in both the old and the new hall.
