The certificate filled out the personal details of the holder of the certificate in handwriting in 1942. At the end of the certificate is a detailed list of regulations pertaining mainly to the areas permitted in movement for the holder of the certificate and ink stamps of the Hungarian government. On the back of the Identity card 'Ten Commandments' for the Hungarian resident: love the Hungarian soldier, speak the Hungarian language, love your native Hungary, and so on.
