C- 50 leaves printed in a stencil - a private publishing of Brigade soldiers. 1942-1945.

Among them: Biolettin of the Hebrew troop for Electricity and Mechanics. M. 544 - Issue # 1 (Internal), parodies of the Eighth Army printed on official papers of the Brigade, a skit called "Hebrew unit in the Desert" by the Hebrew Unit 544 of the Royal Engineers with Soldiers from Unit 519 (Typewriter) , Songs for public singing dealing with homeland and warfare, skits from soldiers' lives also in stencil printing - "Our Father" - "What are our sins sent here to Hell, Libya Greece and Crete, with a British army ...", a refrain for the 'dirty' picture, day's order, and more.

The collection comes from the estate of Hanania Ratzkowski, a Haifa soldier in the English Army Entertainment Unit (ENSA), who served in the Royal Engineer Corps in the Middle East. Italy, Libya, and Eretz Israel. Most of the pages are in Hebrew, the rest in English or Italian.

Various sizes and conditions. Some pages have wet and fold marks. General condition moderate.
