Der Jude eine monatsschrift - "Dr. Yude" - Berlin - Vienna. A collection of issues of the Jewish journal founded by Martin Buber in the midst of World War I, and dealing with Jewish culture in its many aspects.

The magazine was edited by Martin Buber from 1916 to 1928. In addition to Buber edited it: Max Mayer Prager, Gustav Krojanker, Ernest Simon and Sigmund Kaznelson. The authors include: Theodore Behar, Albert Helman, Hans Zaks, Jacob Klatzkin, Hugo Bergman, Max Isidore Buddenheimer, Arno Nadal, Aaron David Gordon, pioneer and Third Aliyah man, Eliahu Rappaport and others. Two stories by Franz Kafka were first published in it, "Jackals and the Arabs" and "Accountability for the Academy". (Gershom Shalom criticized the moods expressed in World War II articles, but also rejoiced in A.D. Gordon's articles, and appreciated the effort he put into it, and discussed this with Buber).
