A letter signed by Rabbi Kook to Rabbi Marcus Rabbi of the Ashkenazi community in Constantinople regarding a man named Mordechai Shipman Turibir who was taken to the army in 1917, and on his way to Constantinople fell ill and was hospitalized in Hidar Pasha and since then his traces have disappeared. Rabbi Kook asks Rabbi Marcus to investigate at the hospital what happened to the man for the regulation of Aguna - his wife. In addition to the signature of Rabbi Kook, there is the signature of Rabbi Yosef Chai Panizil, the leader of the Sephardic community in Jerusalem, who added four lines in his handwriting and additional signature, in which he describes in Sphardic writing the above.
