Letter in the handwriting and signature of the Rebbe of Stroppkov Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Lifshitz Halberstam, addressed to Rabbi Bezalel Joltti of Jerusalem, .

Sun of Daughter and disciple of Rabbi Shalom Halberstam of Stropkov. Abroad, served as Rabbi Jablonka and a dayan in Bergasas. After the Holocaust, he served as a rabbi in the Bomberg DP camps and in the Franconia Galilee. He immigrated to Eretz Yisrael in the year 1949, and sat down in Ramle There he established a Beit Midrash 'divrey hayim'. In the year 1953 He immigrated to Jerusalem and established the Strufkov Hasidic seminary there.
