An early letter in the handwriting of the writer Shlomo Frank in which he offers his craft of writing the Jewish community in Arnhem, to the letter he attached a sheet of parchment with a sample of his handwriting pasted on the letter for the impression of the heads of the community. In the letter attached to the example, he tells about himself that he is a calligrapher and an example of his handwriting is shown in Hebrew script, and that he offers the Jewish community to copy law books for the price of 25 guilders on good quality parchment, he adds that this is a generous offer because he wants to repay the community of Arnhem as a reward for what they favored him . If they ask for writing on a smaller page, he is ready to offer 20 guilders. It was in the years when the Jewish community grew rapidly, and a new synagogue was built, and it is possible that the community requested new books in light of the growth. Signed on the parchment paper "Shlomo Frank STM writer in the KK Hebland Wietteidam" [Holland], 1842.
